Bill’s career includes a variety of senior management and executive positions in management consulting, marketing, and customer insights for PwC Consulting, IBM, and SAP. Currently, he leads the government contracts practice for MellingMedical, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
He served as a United States Army Field Artillery officer with Task Force 2-4 Cavalry, 24th Infantry Division, during Operations Desert Shield and Storm. After active duty, he held progressive leadership positions, with his last tour as the Command Judge Advocate for the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), an 11,000-member transportation and logistics Army Reserve unit throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point. He also attended the United States Army War College and obtained a Masters in Strategic Studies. His education also includes Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration degrees.
