After graduating from San Diego State, Craig worked for the company that built Fashion Valley, Parkway Plaza, Univ. Town Center, and Horton Plaza among other malls. For 13 years he managed enclosed malls, small retail centers, office buildings and industrial parks. This gave him a unique perspective to view which businesses succeeded or failed, and why.
In 1985 the entrepreneurial bug bit him. Since then he has opened, bought and operated: a chain of photo labs, a MAACO Auto Painting franchise, an import business that served the sporting goods industry and three other franchised businesses.
Since 1996 he has owned an international financial services franchise company. Starting with only 13 locations, we opened an additional 220+ branches across the United States and Canada. Craig stepped away from day-to-day operations in 2015 and became an independent franchise consultant. He currently represents over 600 national and international franchise brands and provides consulting services to clients across North America -- at no charge.
