Kathryn Warren is passionate about helping organizations grow by fostering collaboration, building relationships, and driving accountability. As the Chief Operating Officer of a San Diego non-profit, she harnessed strategic thinking and business acumen to boost the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Kathryn also served as the Southern California Program Manager for Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families Career Enhancement Program. She assisted over 2200 transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses discover their “why” and find meaningful employment and careers post service. She interacts with other Veteran Service Organizations and employers across the country to build relationships and opportunities for our military connected community. She is an active volunteer and mentor in San Diego with various organizations while specifically targeting the success of women in business.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Human Resources from Park University and received her MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. She is a 2022 Veteran Leadership Scholar attending the George W. Bush Presidential Center’s Stand to Veteran Leadership Program. Kathryn is a United States Marine Corps Veteran having served on active duty as a financial manager for over 26 years in assignments around the world. She deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and managed financial management operations for the Marine Corps in Iraq and Afghanistan.
