Mike is the Global Sr. Director of Human Resources at Proficio. He has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition services and is a US Army Veteran. He served in an Airborne Infantry Unit in a Leadership position. Mike has extensive professional experience in Leadership and Management.
Mike holds a B.S. in Agribusiness/Resource Management from Arizona State University and an MBA with special emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Global teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Business and Professional Studies.
