Stephanie Gatlin is passionate about talent development, aligning with leadership to attract, retain, advance and support people. She’s been a human resources professional for almost 20 years, with her career starting off in recruiting nurses for travel assignments. She's worked in a variety of industries such as healthcare, entertainment, internet marketing and now is in biotech.
She has a habit of saying, ‘it takes a village’ as she believes it’s tricky to individually succeed. It’s about acknowledging everyone’s role in the success.
Stephanie joined VetCTAP to give back to her community to share her human resources knowledge about career coaching, recruiting and networking. Being born and raised in Oceanside, she has personally experienced the challenges veterans face when they decide to transition into the civilian workforce.
