Willy retired from the Marines in 2016 after a distinguished career. He is a Senior Executive Leader with strong community outreach experience and a career dedicated to serving others. Willy is a graduate level instructor for Davis Defense Group, where he teaches Captains and Majors at Expeditionary Warfare School and Command and Staff College Distance Education Program, Camp Pendleton, CA.
